How many days do I get with the totes?
Standard rentals run for one full week, which covers most moves comfortably. Need a few extra days? Just say the word — extensions are usually no problem.
Do I need to clean them before pickup?
Not at all. Empty them, stack them, walk away. We sanitize every tote between rentals so the next family always gets a fresh set.
Where exactly do you deliver?
All across Michiana — South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Elkhart, Osceola, Niles, and most of the towns in between. Not sure if we cover your block? Send us a quick message.
Is the dolly really included with every pack?
Yes. Every order — even the smallest Studio Pack — ships with a heavy-duty utility dolly at no additional charge. Just leave it stacked with the totes on pickup day.
How fast can I book a delivery?
Pick your pack online, choose a date, and we’ll confirm by text within a few hours. Most weekday slots can be filled with one to two days’ notice.
What happens if a tote gets damaged during my move?
Honestly, it’s almost impossible — these are commercial-grade plastic. But if something does break, normal wear and tear is on us. Just let us know on pickup day.
Can I add more totes after I've already booked?
Absolutely. Text or call and we’ll drop off extras the next day for a flat per-tote fee. We’d rather over-deliver than have you running out.
